Health Statement
The Seller, Wow Poodle, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale, excluding potential intestinal parasites. The puppy will have received all age-appropriate core immunizations, deworming treatments, and a health check conducted by a licensed veterinarian. A health certificate will be provided upon request.
Minor health issues that may arise from environmental change or stress (such as mild diarrhea or appetite loss) are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for a refund or return.
Buyers must report any health concerns within seven (7) days of purchase, accompanied by a written examination report from a licensed veterinarian. Seller reserves the right to have the puppy re-examined by their own veterinarian before any refund or replacement is considered.
Diseases Covered Under This Warranty
The following genetic conditions are covered, as they are primarily inherited and not significantly influenced by environmental factors:

Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) – inherited vision loss leading to blindness.

Portosystemic Shunt (PSS) – congenital liver condition affecting toxin filtration.

Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) – congenital heart defect affecting circulation.

Congenital Epilepsy – genetic seizure disorder.
-
Severe Hip Dysplasia (Grade III-IV, confirmed by X-ray).

Hydrocephalus (severe, genetic cases only).
Companion Pet & Breeding Restriction

This puppy is sold as a companion pet only. Breeding is not permitted unless Buyer and Seller have signed a separate Breeding Rights Agreement before purchase.

Any breeding or attempt to breed without written consent is a breach of this Agreement. Buyer agrees to pay Seller $5,000 USD as liquidated damages per unauthorized breeding or litter, and Seller may pursue further legal remedies.

Registration papers will be provided, but do not include breeding rights unless separately purchased.
Genetic Disease Warranty
Seller provides a one-year limited genetic health warranty covering severe, inherited conditions that significantly impact the puppy's quality of life
If a covered condition is diagnosed within one year of purchase, the Buyer must provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian confirming the condition’s genetic origin. Upon verification, Buyer may choose a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value from the next available litter. No cash refunds will be issued. This warranty applies only to the original Buyer and is non-transferable.
Conditions NOT Covered Under This Warranty
The following are not covered under this agreement, as they are common in toy breeds or typically caused by environment, nutrition, or buyer care:

Retained baby teeth (double row teeth).

Mild to moderate patellar luxation (Grade I-II).

Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar due to feeding or stress).
-
Parasites, kennel cough, or other common puppy ailments.

Allergies or sensitivities (food or environment).
-
Size, weight, coat color, or coat texture variations.
-
Fertility or breeding capability.
Mild patellar looseness commonly seen in toy breeds is not considered a defect and is not covered under this warranty.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyer agrees to:

Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 business days of receipt. Failure to do so voids this warranty.

Provide proper care, nutrition, and regular veterinary checkups.

Assume all responsibility for future health, training, and well-being.

Seller is not liable for:

Any condition listed as not covered under this warranty.

Health issues caused by neglect, injury, or improper care.

Veterinary costs incurred by Buyer.

Any incident or injury during transportation once the puppy has been handed over to Buyer or Buyer’s designated carrier.

Adult size, color, or appearance predictions; all estimates are non-binding.
Seller’s total liability under this contract shall not exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.
Buyer agrees not to post defamatory claims or reviews against Seller before attempting to resolve any concerns directly and amicably.
